Small hotel with friendly helpful staff who parles un peu anglais easing transition for American travelers.  Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast for 12 e.  Short walk to pyramide metro, easy walks to marais, louvre, pompidou ctre.  For wine enthusiasts, short walk to willie’s wine bar.  Lots of Japanese restaurants on street, rue st anne.
